RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We have a 3-day return/replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: 1: Unboxing video of the parcel is a must for raising a claim for a return or replacement.

2. These being handmade art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks, finishes, and sizes. The colours shown on the website are close to the real colour of the product, to the extent possible. Returns and replacements are only accepted in the event of a defect or damage.
