Returns Policy

We accept returns for items with a manufacturing defect within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the customer must provide a proper unboxing video showing the defect to validate the claim.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the unboxing video within 5 days of receiving your order. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
